  1. Authentic Iberian Certified Product, according to Ibérico Quality Norm (RD 1469/2007 dated 2nd November 2007).
  2. The Best Iberian Porks, Selected by our process of genetic improvement, descendants from 100% pure iberian mother sow.
  3. The Best Feeding, Our animals are fed with natural cereal and legumes based fodder. We produce the ideal feed for our animals based on their particular needs.
  4. Animal Welfare, Our animals are bred on a balanced environment respecting and allowing the natural grow and development of the specie, in open-air farms where animals can move and improve the process of infiltration of fat.
  5. The technology at the service of tradition, we take care and time to obtain an excellent product in a natural and artisan way, with a production process inherited from Spanish traditions. Based in Guijuelo one of the most recognized denominations of origin known as synonymous of excellence in facilities with the highest quality standards.
