Where Can I get the products ?

Most of the products for this recipe are available in your grocery store. You can even buy your tuna there. However, be careful when buying tuna, because most of the tuna in the US is CO2 treated which might not be healthy.

The CO2 treatment for tuna is made to keep the bright red color of the tuna. We wrote a blog post about it. If you would like to know more about Tuna coloring method, you should check it out.
This way you will be sure about what kind of tuna you want to buy.

At mmmediterranean, we do sell yellow-fin tuna AAA sushi grade which is CO2 free. You can learn more about this delicious product here.

We hope this post will help you have the best “Thon à la provençale” !
