Where can you ship?
We ship all over the continental United States.
We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska.
We cannot process orders shipping to a PO Box, Military address or international address.
When will my order be shipped?
Our shipping days are Mondays – Wednesday. Orders placed after 12pm on Wendesdays will ship out the following Monday.

When will my order arrive?

Do you have a preferred carrier?
We ship our products using UPS, or FedEx.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on distance, weight and volume.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. However, it depends where you live. If you live in the North East we do, if not, we do offer a 10% discount for orders over $100.

Why does FREE SHIPPING not apply?
As mention above, we can offer Free Shipping only in the North East and you need a certain order amount to be able to have Free Shipping.

Why is shipping so expensive?
Please keep in mind that as a company that ships frozen products, our shipping costs are higher compared to those of regular businesses. This is due to the use of insulated boxes with dry ice, which increase the weight of the package and add to the overall cost.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped you will be sent an email with your tracking number.

How do you pack my order?
Your order comes carefully packed in an insulated box with dry ice to keep our products cold inside a sealed container. For more detailed information please refer to our Shipping Policies page.
What is mmmediterranean’s return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we can’t accept returns. Products will thaw, and will be wasted if they are shipped back. We are sorry, but health concerns prevent us from accepting these goods.

Can you change my order once it is placed?
Orders can not be modified once placed. If you have a concern, please contact us ASAP via phone (1-877-791-9401) or e-mail us at email@example.com.
Will my order arrive in good shape and still frozen?
Yes, this is why we ship only Monday to Wednesday and why shipping is expensive. Thanks to the dry ice and the isulated boxes we use, your order will arrive still frozen.
What happens if my order arrives spoiled?
If your order arrives spoiled in any way, send us a message. Please see our Return and Refunds page for more information.
Why does the coupon code not work?
Make sure the coupon is not expired.
Make sure you didn’t use the coupon already.
Make sure the coupon includes the items you put in cart.
Our coupons are generally not valid in conjunction with other coupons.
