ORDERING
Shipping Time
We take great care in ensuring the timely delivery of your frozen products. To maintain the quality and safety of our shipments, we adhere to the following shipping schedule:
- FedEx Ground: Orders are shipped Monday to Wednesday.
- FedEx Overnight: Orders are shipped Monday to Thursday.
- Southwest Air: Orders are shipped Monday to Thursday.
Orders placed after 12pm on the last shipping days (Wednesdays or Thursdays depending your choice) will ship out the following Monday.
Due to the nature of our frozen products, we cannot ship orders outside of these specified windows. This precaution is taken to prevent any risk of product degradation during transit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the highest standards for your deliveries.
Please allow up to 48 hours for processing and packing. Normal shipping time is between 24-72 hrs.
While there are many things we do to mitigate the risk of shipping frozen food around the country, there are unfortunately some things outside of our control like the weather and transit delays once the package is in the hands of FedEx, UPS or SouthWest Air. As such, the shipping guidelines published on this website are not guarantees of a shipping or arrival date.
Inventory is subject to availability. Our inventory fluctuates hourly. In the event an item becomes unavailable or is delayed significantly, we will contact you directly.
During checkout, you must certify you are providing a valid and complete shipping address. Please be sure to check your shipping address for errors before completing your order. We are not responsible for products shipped to the wrong and/or incomplete address due to input error.
Additionally, we will not refund or reship orders that were sent to an incorrect and/or incomplete address due to user error. No Exceptions.
EXCEPTIONS
Due to international regulations, we are unable to ship internationally. Orders with an international shipping address will not be processed.
We cannot make deliveries on Sundays, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years’ Day, and other National Holidays.
We cannot process orders shipping to a PO Box or Military address.

Orders shipping from the West Coast use a local carrier – GSO.

Orders Ship Frozen, Because It’s Better:
Fish and meats are packed in an insulated box with dry ice. Products may arrive partially thawed and are safe to store in your freezer upon receipt.
Special Note on Iberico Pork: Because of the high oleic acid content in our Iberico pork, the fat has a much lower melting point than standard meat. We use advanced deep-freeze technology and specialized insulation to protect these delicate healthy fats during transit. Defrosting: Defrost product in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours before use. Once defrosted, use within three days. Caviar will defrost quickly at room temperature and may be consumed immediately.
Delivery
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information the day your order ships. A valid email address must be entered to receive this information. mmmediterranean is not responsible for undelivered shipments. Therefore, to avoid delays in the event the recipient is not at home, we authorize the delivery without a signature. Please make arrangements to receive your perishable goods promptly.
**Please thoroughly inspect your order upon arrival. We are not responsible for spoilage from mishandling of the product once under your care. If you have any concerns about your product after delivery, please email us at info@mmmediterranean.com within 24 hours of delivery with pictures of the damaged or subpar product, and we will address your concern.
Refunds
We take great pride in selecting the best quality products for our customers. If your purchase is somehow damaged in transit or arrives in bad condition, please contact Customer Service by calling +1-877-791-9401 or emailing info@mmmediterranean.com. within one week after receiving your order so we can make things right.

Shipping Price: $35.00 flat rate per order.
Discount: Free shipping for orders over $500.
Zone 2: Variable Shipping Costs
States Covered: Georgia (GA), Illinois (IL), Indiana (IN), Kentucky (KY), Michigan (MI), North Carolina (NC), Ohio (OH), South Carolina (SC), Tennessee (TN), West Virginia (WV)
Shipping Price:
Southwest Air: $2.00 per pound (LB)
UPS Overnight: $6.00 per pound (LB)
UPS Ground: $1.25 per pound (LB)
Discount: 5% off shipping for orders over $500.
Additional Information for Southwest Air:
- Customer must pick up the order at the specified airport.
- Customer must indicate the desired airport for delivery in the “order note” area when placing the order.
- Customers are fully responsible for pick-up; we are not liable for any damages if the product is not picked up on time.
- We will provide AirWay bill and flight numbers once we drop the product at the airport.

Note: For Zone 2 and Zone 3, there is no free shipping.
RESPONSABILITY FOR PICKUP
Southwest Air Shipments: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure timely pickup from the airport.
Liability: We are not liable for any damages or losses incurred if the order is not picked up promptly.

Minimum order amount
As we are shipping frozen, the cost to handle shipping is important, there is the box, the dry-ice, the carriers guidelines to ship frozen. This is why we request a $200 minimum order amount. This way we are able to cover these costs and offer you the products at a fair price.
COUPON DISCOUNT
You can apply your coupon discount on your Shopping Cart page or during checkout. The discount will apply automatically to your order.
Only one coupon is applicable per order, hence the system use the one that give you the most amount discounted.
If a coupon doesn’t work, try to refresh the page, click on the button “update cart”, and check if any coupon is already displayed in the “cart totals” box, make sure that the coupon isn’t expired.
We suggest you enter your coupon code AFTER you enter your address so you will see exactly how much your order will cost.
